Yamaha MT-25 Scrambler rental Bali — who this bike is for
The Yamaha MT-25 Scrambler is our signature build — the same 249cc parallel-twin naked as the flagship MT-25, finished with a custom modified scrambler seat that gives it a look you won’t find on the standard Bali rental shelf. If you’re searching for a Yamaha MT-25 scrambler rental in Bali, this is it: real revs, a proper exhaust note, and real character — available for weekly and monthly self-ride hire in Canggu.
Where to ride a Yamaha MT-25 Scrambler in Bali
Built for the coastal run down to Uluwatu, a volcano day toward Mount Batur, and threading through Canggu traffic. Light and flickable at around 165 kg, it rewards a confident rider without punishing a careful one. The scrambler seat adds real style parked up at a beach warung or a highland coffee stop.
Why rent from Island Roamers
This is our second scrambler MT-25 — a twin to the flagship — so if one is booked for your dates, the other often isn’t. It comes serviced, delivered free across South Bali, with quality helmets and your passport staying with you. Prefer factory-stock trim? Take a look at the 2020 MT-25.

Yamaha MT-25 Scrambler rental Bali — frequently asked questions
- Is the Yamaha MT-25 Scrambler available for long-term rental in Bali?
- Yes — the MT-25 Scrambler is available for weekly and monthly hire, with the effective daily rate dropping on monthly bookings (around IDR 4.2M/month). It’s one of two custom-scrambler MT-25s in the fleet, so if one is booked, the other is often free for your dates.
- What makes the MT-25 Scrambler different from a standard MT-25 rental?
- The custom scrambler seat is our signature build — it gives the bike a retro-scrambler look you won’t find on any other rental MT-25 in Bali. Mechanically it’s the same 249cc parallel-twin (~35 hp, 6-speed), so you get the same revvy, capable ride — just with more character parked up. We also have a stock 2020 MT-25 if you prefer factory trim.
- Do I need a special licence to rent an MT-25 Scrambler in Bali?
- You need an International Driving Permit (IDP) endorsed for motorcycles, together with your home country driving licence — the same as any geared motorcycle in Bali. The MT-25 is A2-friendly: if you’ve ridden a 250cc or larger bike before, you’ll be comfortable. No big-bike experience required, unlike our Z650.
