TrailThe newest WR155 in the fleet — a blue 2025, ready for the dirt and the road.
Looking for a dirt bike, enduro or dual-sport to rent in Bali? The Yamaha WR155 is the answer: a light, fuel-injected, street-legal trail bike with long-travel suspension and 21”/18” wheels, equally at home on jungle tracks and the road back to your villa. For trail bike rental Bali, dirt bike rental Bali and enduro rental Bali that goes beyond a guided day-tour, you’ve found it — four newer WR155s available for self-ride weekly and monthly hire.
Most off-road rental in Bali means an aging Kawasaki KLX or Honda CRF handed over for a guided day-tour. We do it differently — four newer WR155s (three 2025, one 2023) available for self-ride hire by the week or the month, so you explore the island on your own terms.
Because the WR155 is fully road-legal, there’s no truck and no transfer: ride straight from Canggu to the Kintamani and Munduk trails, the black-sand beaches around Pererenan, or the tracks behind Ubud, and ride home again the same day.
Our trail bike rental Bali fleet is the newest on the island — browse the full fleet, check rental requirements, or see monthly motorbike rental Bali pricing. Based in Canggu, we deliver free across the South Bali belt — ready to ride? See our Yamaha WR155 rental Bali page for the full spec sheet, photo gallery and transparent weekly & monthly pricing.
Three 2025 WR155s and a 2023 — not the tired KLX and CRF you’ll find on most rental shelves.
Take the bike for a week or a month and explore freely — no tour group, no fixed itinerary, no per-person day rate.
Priced by the week and month, with the effective daily rate dropping the longer you stay.
Street-legal means you commute through Canggu and hit the dirt on the very same bike.
Enduro specs
Search “dirt bike rental Bali” and most results are guided day-tours on aging KLX and CRF bikes. A proper enduro for this island has to be street-legal (so you ride to the trailhead yourself), light enough to pick up after a muddy drop, and tall enough for real ground clearance. That is exactly the WR155 formula — and it’s available here for self-ride weekly and monthly hire, not just per-person tour slots.

Dual sport vs enduro
When you search for enduro rental Bali, you’ll see “dual sport” and “enduro” used interchangeably, but they point at two different ideas. A dual sport is street-legal with plates, lights and indicators yet still built to take on dirt. An enduro is the more committed off-road machine — long-travel suspension, 21″/18″ wheels, knobby tyres and a tall seat for ground clearance. Here’s the thing that matters for your rental: the Yamaha WR155 is both. It’s a dual-sport enduro, so you ride it from your villa to the trailhead and back, no support truck or transfer, and it still handles the Kintamani volcano tracks, Jatiluwih fire roads and black-sand beaches. One bike, not two rentals.
Dual sport
Road-legal first, dirt-capable second. Number plates, indicators and lights mean you commute through Canggu, run errands and ride to the beaches on the same bike you take down a paddy track. The practical one-bike answer for a long-stay rider.
Enduro
Built for the trail. Long-travel suspension, 21″ front / 18″ rear wheels, knobby rubber and an 880 mm seat that clears real terrain. The serious machine for volcano tracks, jungle climbs and the loose black-sand beaches past Pererenan.
Either way, it’s the same Yamaha WR155 rental Bali — a dual-sport enduro you can hire by the week or month for self-ride trail and road use.
Staying a while? Every bike is cheaper by the week and month — see our monthly & long-term rates.
Check availabilityYes. Indonesian law requires foreign riders to carry an International Driving Permit (IDP) endorsed for motorcycles, together with your home-country licence. The old 30-day tourist licence from Denpasar police was discontinued in 2025, so an IDP — arranged in your home country before you travel — is the only legal route for visitors. Police run regular checks around Canggu, Kerobokan and Ubud, and riding without the right documents risks on-the-spot fines.
Yes, free across South Bali: Canggu, Kerobokan, Berawa, Pererenan, Seminyak, Legian, Kuta, Denpasar, Sanur, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Uluwatu / the Bukit, Ubud, Ngurah Rai (DPS) Airport. Your motorcycle, helmets and paperwork come straight to your villa, hotel or the arrivals gate — no need to find a rental shop.
The WR155 is one of the friendliest ways into off-road riding — light, forgiving and street-legal, so you ride it to the trailhead and back. It suits confident newer riders who want to explore Bali’s tracks, rice paddies and black-sand beaches. The MT-25 suits riders comfortable with a geared bike, and the 650cc Z650 is for experienced riders only.
We don’t insure the bike itself, and we’ll always be upfront about that — most Bali shops don’t, so we strongly recommend arranging travel insurance that covers motorbike riding before you arrive (most policies only pay out if you hold a valid home licence and a motorcycle-endorsed IDP). Every bike is fully serviced and supplied with quality helmets, your passport stays with you against a refundable deposit, and Bali’s roads reward riding within your experience — gear up and ease in by daylight.
Off-road motorbike rental in Bali usually means a guided day-tour on an aging KLX or CRF led by a tour operator. We do it differently: street-legal Yamaha WR155 enduros available for self-ride weekly or monthly hire, so you explore the volcano tracks, rice-paddy trails and black-sand beaches on your own terms — no tour group, no fixed itinerary, and the bike gets you there and back on the road as well.
A good trail bike rental in Bali gives you a street-legal enduro — like the Yamaha WR155 — so you can ride from your villa to the trailhead and back without a truck or transfer. Look for newer bikes (not decade-old KLX/CRF fleet bikes), long-travel suspension, 21"/18" wheels, knobby tyres, and a rental shop that services the bike throughout your stay. Avoid rentals that only offer guided day-tours — self-ride weekly and monthly hire gives you the freedom to explore Bali's volcano tracks, rice paddies and black-sand beaches on your own schedule.
A self-ride dirt bike rental in Bali opens up the island: the Kintamani volcano tracks and lava fields, fire roads through the Jatiluwih rice terraces, jungle climbs around Munduk, and the black-sand beaches from Pererenan to Kedungu. Our Yamaha WR155s are street-legal enduros, so you ride from your villa to the trailhead and back — no truck, no guide, no fixed itinerary. At around 134 kg with long-travel suspension and 21"/18" wheels, they handle genuine terrain while staying forgiving enough for confident newer riders, and they cruise the tarmac between trails at an easy island-road pace.
Yes — our Yamaha WR155s are dual-sport bikes, meaning they're fully road-legal (number plates, indicators, lights) and equally capable on dirt. Dual sport rental in Bali is the best of both worlds: commute through Canggu during the week, hit the Kintamani volcano tracks and Jatiluwih fire roads on the weekend, all on the same bike. Because the WR155 is light, fuel-injected and built for both surfaces, you don't need two rentals — or a support truck — to ride Bali properly.
